At Qysmet.ai, we value the sanctity of your spiritual and personal data. This policy outlines how we handle your information.
1. Data Collection
We collect your email address for account management and payment processing via Stripe. We store the personal context you provide to the AI to maintain a continuous “spiritual companion” experience. If you choose to share your location — by tapping the button in Telegram or allowing your browser's location prompt — we store one coordinate pair rounded to two decimal places (about a kilometre), the timezone derived from it, and the date you shared it; we keep no location history, and you can erase it at any time by sending /location clear.
2. Payment Security
We do not store your credit card information. All payments are securely processed by Stripe under their own privacy standards.
3. Data Usage
Your personal conversations and “Memory” data are used solely to provide your personalized AI experience. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. AI Training
We do not use your private personal context or specific conversation history to train foundational models for other users without your explicit opt-in.
5. Your Rights
As a user (particularly under California law), you have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us.
6. Advertising Measurement
We use the Reddit Pixel and Reddit's Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of advertising on Reddit. When you arrive from a Reddit ad we store the advertising click identifier Reddit provides, together with campaign labels, for up to 90 days. When you create a Qysmet account or make a purchase we send Reddit a record of that event, identified by that click identifier and by irreversibly hashed values (SHA-256) of your Telegram account identifier and, for purchases, your billing email address. We never send Reddit your name, your birth data, your chart, or the content of any conversation. You can decline this at any time through our cookie settings.
