Terms of Service for Qysmet.ai

Welcome to Qysmet.ai. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Qysmet.ai AI assistant, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using Qysmet.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

1.1 AI-Powered Entity. Qysmet.ai is an Artificial Intelligence assistant. You acknowledge that you are interacting with an AI, not a human being.

1.2 Spiritual and Cultural Guidance. Qysmet.ai provides insights based on spiritual traditions, cultural heritage (including but not limited to I Ching, Bazi, and Feng Shui), and AI-generated reflections.

1.3 For Entertainment Purposes Only. All content provided by Qysmet.ai is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using Qysmet.ai, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Critical Disclaimers & Safety

3.1 Not a Crisis Service. Qysmet.ai is NOT a crisis intervention service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or considering self-harm, please contact professional emergency services immediately (e.g., dial 988 in the US).

3.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy. AI can “hallucinate” or provide inaccurate information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or spiritual “truth” of any response generated by the Service.

3.3 Assumption of Risk. You assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on the AI’s guidance.

4. User Accounts and Credits

4.1 Registration. You may be required to create an account to purchase and use digital credits (“Points”). You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4.2 Point Purchases. Qysmet.ai uses Stripe for payment processing. By purchasing Points, you agree to Stripe’s terms and authorize us to charge your provided payment method.

4.3 Usage and Expiration. Points are used to access specific AI-generated services and interactions within Qysmet.ai. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for fiat currency.

4.4 Refunds. Due to the instant nature of digital credit delivery, all sales of Points are final and non-refundable, except as required by local law.

5. Data and Privacy

5.1 Personal Context. To provide a “spiritual companion” experience, Qysmet.ai may store and process personal context you provide.

5.2 Data Ownership. You retain ownership of the personal data you input. You grant us a license to use this data solely to provide and improve the Service for you.

5.3 Privacy Commitment. We do not sell your personal conversations to third parties, nor do we use your private “Memory” data to train foundational models for other users without your explicit consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use Qysmet.ai for any illegal activities.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or “jailbreak” the AI to generate harmful or hateful content.
  • Use the Service to provide actual medical or legal diagnoses to others.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qysmet.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in California.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
